We are looking for a motivated Junior Analyst with a passion for learning and an interest in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data interpretation, and a blend of technical acumen and communication abilities. As a Junior Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding healthcare operations, analyzing data to derive insights, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Production Support
Execute ETL activities to maintain data integrity and flow.
Develop an understanding of health insurance business processes to align with ORMB functionalities.
Configure, customize, and maintain ORMB tool features to meet business requirements.
Provide ongoing support after ORMB implementation to address user queries and optimize system performance.
Engage in various tasks to expand skills and gain experience within the healthcare and technology sectors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Interest in the healthcare industry with a willingness to learn its intricacies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
Experience with ETL tools, particularly SSIS, is preferred.
Familiarity with Oracle databases and ERP systems is beneficial.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Data Management and Business Intelligence (DMB) systems.
Understanding or experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
