Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation

• 1st Shift: $19.50 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $20.50 per hour
• 3rd Shift: $20.25 per hour

Shifts

• 1st: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What’s a typical day as a Forklift Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating the forklift in a professional and accident-free manner
• Conducting inspections and performing maintenance on the forklift
• Tracking the location of goods using the WMS system and ensuring accurate data entry
• Assisting with manual tasks as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead.
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
• Loading and unloading transport vehicles during the seed delivery and return season.
• Maintaining safety standards and following emergency procedures when necessary

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have at least 1 year of forklift experience
• Have at least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Able to work a rotating shift.
• Have the ability to accurately count inventory and read scales.
• Can operate a forklift safely in tighter, confined spaces.
