Owave is formulatedwith Biodynamic Helichrysum Hydrolates, Organic Blackthorn Extract and Ethical Flaxseed and Chia seeds to create re-texturizing service that is gentle on the hair, scalp and professional.
Owave1A is one of two formulas available, and is ideal for natural, coarse or resistant hair. It can be combined with Owave 1B for customization of strength.
Made without Ammonia, Thioglycolates, Parabens, Synthetic Fragrance, PEGs/PGs/BG.
Does Not Contain:
Cysteamine is used in place of ammonia and thioglycolates to permanently alter disulfide bonds. It's a healthier, less toxic alternative that respects the hair's integrity and does not fill the salon with irritating fumes.
Biodynamic Helichrysum Hydrolate Natural, emollient and protective active ingredient that helps hair stay hydrated and retain nutrition during the waving treatment. Prevents dehydration and gives flexibility to hair fibers. In addition, its properties fight free radicals for an anti-aging action.
Organic Blackthorn Extract • Optimally regenerates and strengthens skin, scalp and hair. It yields elasticity and moisture for perfect curl retention. It adds strength and elasticity to hair during the OWAVE waving treatment.
Ethical Flaxseed and Chia Seeds is an active ingredient with the powerful combination of Polysaccharides obtained from Flax and Chia. Contains bio-adhesive properties, this complex adheres to hair fiber, wrapping hair in a film that yields long-lasting elastic curls. The Polysaccharide film protects hair during treatment, smoothes cuticles and keeps them hydrated, and ensures elastic, healthy and defined curls.

Customize strength and pour into perm applicator bottle. Place cotton around hairline to prevent any dripping.For Perming Normal to Coarse Hair Types:Accurately apply the OWAVE Waving Solution to each rod ensuring hair is evenly saturated. Keep hair moist by spraying HRESTORE before applying solution. (replace cotton around hairline if necessary) and cover with plastic cap. Process for 10-20 minutes. Test curl after 5 minutes to check for any movement starting to take place in the hair. Very resistant hair can be placed under the dryer. Rinse thoroughly with warm water for 5 minutes. Towel blot hair well to remove excess moisture. Place cotton around the hair line to prevent neutralizer from dripping. Apply OWAVE 2 Neutralizer and process for 7-8 minutes.Gently Remove the rods without causing too much tension on the hair.Reapply remaining OWAVE 2 neutralizer and massage into hair to ensure complete penetration and process for 3 minutes more.Rinse hair thoroughly for 5 minutes with tepid water or until neutralizer is completely rinsed from the hair.Apply Hmilk and leave on for 1-3 minutes. (For very fragile or damaged hair, or to slightly soften achieved curl pattern, use Hbalance Mask and leave on for 1-3min). Rinse hair.
