I'm not usually one for posting publicly on platforms like LinkedIn (or any social media now really...I think I did too much of it in my 20's and got online burnout...anyone else?!) however, I've just completed my 6th week in my new role at and I'm so pleased to have joined!As someone who observes the impact of workplace culture on a daily basis, I've been incredibly impressed by the environment that Sandoz has cultivated. Everyone I've met both in-person and virtually has been so welcoming and keen to share knowledge and information. People seem to genuinely care about the company values and I can see it in the way teams interact with one another. It's been a very positive experience both as a new starter and as part of the People team - green flags dotted everywhere.Trust your gut when it comes to who/what you give (+/-)40 hours per week of your life to. We all know these hours of our lives are precious. Finding something that fits you really well can be mood, health and life-altering. 😊

This could make a huge impact, both on combating fast fashion and for helping individual sellers to make some extra money. I've used eBay for years but always flinched a little at the seller fees, which are substantial if you're selling items for £10-20 as is so often the case. Plus, the effort involved in photographing, listing, packaging and sending items is significant. Good news all round!
